To cancel an order you have placed with Thai & Turquoise, you must contact customer support by email at thaiandturquoise@gmail.com or send us a message using the form below. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.



By making a purchase through Thai & Turquoise website you are acknowledging that all items are hand-crafted. Also, stones and minerals naturally vary in color, shade and characteristics. Therefore, all items will vary slightly in size, weight and color from the pictures on the website. All items purchased are sold "as is" and no exchanges and/or returns will be accepted. (Please see warranty for damaged items)


Please contact customer support by email at thaiandturquoise@gmail.com for help in determining whether the item appears defective. If it is and is within 60 days from the date of purchase, customer support will provide instructions for returning the item. Shipping costs to us are paid by the customer; all costs to ship back to the customer are paid by us. If your item is out of stock you will receive credit towards another item. 


All items ship via USPS within 5 business days of purchase.
